Does provide me some hope & the positive side of the doom-and-gloom – Done right, I really think AI can be that next-level interface that enables humans to interact with computing power in a more natural way than all the contortions we’ve had to go through in the past to get technology to do what we wanted it to. (E.g., even keyboard and mice are ‘contortions’ in a way since we have to provide inputs to the machine in a way it can understand – rather than having it work to understand us.)
